We deliver quality activewear and lifestyle clothing to help you confidently and comfortably step into your best life. We’re here to help women feel confident and empowered, no matter where they are on their wellbeing lifestyle journey, we'll do that together through our fab activewear, kind words and relatable topics shared. So, if that's the kinda good stuff you're after then stick around. 

Behind the keyboard and wrapping your parcels is Directors Kelly and Brigid – both also girl mums, business women, community builders and driven to make a difference. 

While Kelly is passionate about moving bodies at her Studio Gym in Adelaide, she also had a dream to start an activewear label. In November 2022 the opportunity came about to purchase an established but very young label, so Kelly grabbed it with both hands. Brigid joined the business in Feb 2024 as their mutual passion for empowering women through activewear became apparent. 

Kelly and Brigid are excited about growing the label, broadening the collections, adding some fabulous styles and bringing together and nurturing women to feel empowered and confident.
