Oh bummer, if an item is out of stock please contact us (info@strivve4.com). Occasionally we will receive a return so keep your eye on the website and on socials for updates.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU LIST NEW PRODUCTS?
We aim for new drops to be every 12-15 weeks. To be in the loop sign up to our STRIVVE4 Newsletter (In our footer) and keep an eye on social media for updates.
CAN I PROVIDE FEEDBACK ABOUT A PRODUCT?

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER PURCHASING?
Sorry, we can’t guarantee you can. Once the order is lodged, we start the picking and packing process. Of course, get in touch via email and we will see what we can do.
HOW LONG DOES AN ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
We use express post shipping. Express is one to two business days. Please note public holidays and world issues can impact delivery times.
WHY HAVEN’T I RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?
Usually, it’s because the email entered at checkout has been entered incorrectly.
Please contact us if you don’t receive an email order confirmation and remember to check your spam folder.
WHY HAVEN’T I RECEIVED A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION?
Please check your order to ensure the item you ordered is not on Pre-Order. You can also find this on the item description on the website.
DO YOU PACK MY ORDER STRAIGHT AWAY?
We allow 1-3 business days to pack and post orders. It’s normally sent within twenty four hours but sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances it may take that little bit longer.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Sure can, you will receive an email with updated tracking once parcel is lodged with our carrier.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
You can take a squizz at our returns policy. All returns need to be approved, please email us for approval.
ARE THERE ANY ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM RETURN?
Yes, sale items and any items that are worn, damaged, have odours or tags removed.
WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS NOT CORRECT?
