SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping
- Parcels can be sent via Standard or Express post within Australia.
- Parcels will be sent by Australia Post and have a tracking number which is emailed to you upon fulfilment of your order.
- Parcels will be processed within 2-3 business days from order date.
- Parcels will be sent Mon-Fri excluding public holidays.
- STRIVVE4 is not responsible for any errors in postal addresses supplied by the customer.
- STRIVVE4 is not held responsible for any shipping delays due to the carrier.
- Return shipping and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- When returning items all goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so please use (and keep) tracking on your parcel.
- Return delivery costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be the responsibility of STRIVVE4.
Pre-Orders
- If your order contains a 'pre-order' item then the whole order won't be sent until the pre-order item arrives. Once this happens, the entire order will be dispatched.
- If you require items that are not on Pre-Order to be shipped earlier then please place a separate order for that item.
- Pre-Order items are not valid for refund, store credit only.
Discount Codes
- Please note only one code can be used at checkout at any one time.
- If you forget to use a code we are unable to refund/credit the difference, codes cannot be honoured once payment is made. No codes can be honoured outside their time frames and we do not backdate sale codes.
- Items purchased using a discount code are sale items and cannot be returned for a refund, however are eligible for credit as per our return policy. THIS EXCLUDES FINAL SALE ITEMS.
Returns
We have tried to include as much product information as possible and multiple photos of each item to help you with your purchasing choices. Some monitors and screens may show a slight variance in colour, this is to be expected. Please ensure you read all the information and descriptions before ordering. Please feel free to contact us with any questions relating to products before you purchase, we are here to help.
By purchasing from STRIVVE4 you accept the terms and conditions at checkout. STRIVVE4 reserves the right to reject the return of goods which are not returned in accordance with our returns policy.
Ordered the wrong size? Please contact us asap and we will arrange to get you in the right size pronto.
Not completely happy with your purchase? We offer refunds on FULL PRICED ITEMS only with all return claims to be lodged within 7 days of receipt of parcel. We encourage you to try on your purchases as soon as possible and get in contact with us if not completely happy.
If you do need to return an item for an exchange or refund please contact us at (info@strivve4.com) for approval prior to shipping. Once approved all returns need to be received by us within 14 days. Claims outside these periods are not valid.
Please note:
- Pre-Order items are not valid for refund, store credit only.
- STRIVVE4 will not refund or exchange on any item that is deemed to be damaged or altered after purchase, misused, worn and not in original shipped condition. All returns must have the original tags attached, be free from makeup, soiling and odours and be in a saleable condition (otherwise return is void)
- We will not accept any parcels that are addressed 'return to sender'. Any fees incurred to us from 'return to sender' parcels will be deducted from refund/store credit.
- Shipping fees are not refundable. All goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so please use (and keep) tracking on your parcel.
- Postage costs for returns is at your expense except in cases where STRIVVE4 have made an error.
Sale Items (excluding discount codes) are not valid for return.
Items purchased using a discount code or on site-wide discount may be returned with prior approval for an exchange/store credit.
Exchanges/Store Credit
- For exchanges a store credit code will be provided within 2 business days of receiving parcel. You can use your store credit code to purchase a different size or item, the code is valid for twelve months.
- Items purchased using a discount code are eligible for a store credit as per returns process.
Refunds
- Please allow 2 business days for us to process refund and note all refunds will be placed back onto the payment method you originally made payment with. Normal banking timelines will apply and funds may take a few days to appear in your account.
Pricing
STRIVVE4 prices are all in AUD and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. Prices on our site are subject to change without notice.
