A goal without a plan is just a wish. To achieve your fitness goals you need to make them tangible, realistic and be accountable.
Here's 5 tips for achieving your fitness goals
1. Write it down- when we write our goals down it gives them life. You can even create a vison board.
2. Mindset matters- getting into the right mindset makes a huge difference, you need to be ready and willing.
3. Make a plan- setting goals requires achievable steps and planning with end dates for some of these. Don't forget to reward yourself when you achieve smaller and bigger goals.
4. Keep focused- it's easy to fall off the wagon, life can get in the way but it doesn't need to mean you give up! So, when this happens dust yourself off, put your favourite activewear on, give yourself a pep talk and start again.
5. Find a cheerleader- a coach, walking buddy, personal trainer or counsellor can keep you on track so enlist support!
